Kylie has experience with the spectrum of debt financing transactions, and has represented both borrowers and lenders. Kylie helps clients negotiate debt financing arrangements and restructurings. She represents financial institutions and private credit funds, including SBICs. Kylie has experience in senior and subordinated debt financings, syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine and second lien financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, and real estate lending. She also has experience in workouts and restructurings.
Kylie’s background in corporate matters has given her a practical, business-minded approach to representing clients in different transactions, and she has handled corporate and finance transactions across a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, technology, steel and fabrication, commercial real estate, and retail.
