
Overview
Her practice encompasses single-bank and syndicated commercial loans, real estate acquisition and construction financing, refinancing of existing debt, secured revolving credit facilities, dealer floorplan transactions, and multi-state loans secured by multiple properties and types of collateral.
Her experience spans both the front-end of lending relationships and the back-end of enforcement and recovery, enabling her to advise on matters involving foreclosure of real and personal property, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), intercreditor agreements, and other collateral-related issues.
Julie was named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list in Phoenix for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law for 2024–2025.

- Representing numerous national banks and private lenders through documentation and closing of commercial loans of all types, including origination and modification of real estate-backed acquisition and construction loans and refinances;
- Representing commercial landlords in connection with litigation for unpaid lease obligations against tenants;
- Preparation of complex appellate briefs;
- Representing national lending institutions and banks in connection with state court litigation and foreclosures related to commercial loans in aggregate value exceeding $20 million;
- Representing individuals and businesses of all sizes and industries in complex civil disputes.
