Overview

HANNAH-KAYE’S PRACTICE FOCUSES ON ASSISTING A VARIETY OF CLIENTS, FROM INDIVIDUALS TO COMMERCIAL LENDERS AND LANDLORDS, IN NEGOTIATING AND DOCUMENTING COMMERCIAL FINANCE TRANSACTIONS OF ALL TYPES AND SIZES, INCLUDING ASSET-BASED FINANCING, COMMERICAL LOANS, AND REAL ESTATE LOANS. ADDITIONALLY, HANNAH-KAYE ASSISTS CLIENTS WITH DRAFTING ANCILLARY DOCUMENTS, TITLE AND SURVEY REVIEW, AND DUE DILIGENCE.

In addition to her finance practice, Hannah-Kaye regularly assists clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and loan restructuring and workouts, including foreclosures and receiverships.
