Overview
J.B. is a transactional attorney that helps clients achieve their goals by supporting corporate finance transactions and restructurings and by representing creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
J.B. supports a robust practice of corporate finance, representing lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders in financial transactions, insolvency proceedings, and debt restructurings. J.B. leverages his past experience as a bankruptcy clerk to represent clients in connection with bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues in bankruptcy cases.
