Overview
TRICIA ASSISTS GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES IN NAVIGATING THE BOND OFFERING PROCESS AND HELPS THEM OBTAIN NEEDED FINANCING.
Tricia has been a paralegal in the Missoula office of Dorsey’s Public Finance group since 2003. She assists attorneys in their roles as bond counsel and underwriters counsel in connection with a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond offerings including general obligation, revenue and tax increment bonds by cities, counties, school districts and other governmental entities. Tricia drafts documents, acts as liaison among various parties, assists with closings and supervises transcript assembly.
