Overview
She has represented clients in litigation matters across a broad array of subject areas, including class actions, contracts, data security, consumer protection, oil & gas, and constitutional issues. Before joining Dorsey, Katherine served in the Corporate/Financial Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she represented federal agencies in district court litigation. Prior to that, she spent six years as a litigator in private practice. Her background gives her a strong foundation in managing complex cases, developing effective litigation strategies, and supporting clients through all stages of dispute resolution.
Katherine also maintains a meaningful pro bono practice, with experience leading Social Security and immigration matters.
