MINNEAPOLIS (May 1, 2009) — Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that Minneapolis attorney Glenn M. Salvo has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Nonresident Lawyers Division (NRLD) of the Wisconsin State Bar Association.
The NRLD exists to promote greater communication and business opportunities among nonresident members of the Wisconsin State Bar. The Board organizes and oversees the growing network of local State Bar chapters across the United States. It elects five governors to the Board of Governors, and it makes reports and recommendations to the Board of Governors. The Board also provides information to Wisconsin Supreme Court boards, such as the Board of Bar Examiners.
Salvo is a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of ERISA, securities litigation, healthcare litigation, fiduciary relationships, antitrust, privacy & data security, administrative law, and products liability. He earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
