ANCHORAGE, AK. (June 1, 2005) - The law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that Mike Mills has joined the firm as a partner.

Mike joins Dorsey from the Anchorage firm of Bankston, Gronning, O'Hara, where he was a shareholder and recently served as managing shareholder. Mike has extensive litigation experience, specializing in complex commercial matters, and also business restructurings and commercial transactions.
He received his B.A. in classics from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
