In addition to his trial practice, he also has substantial experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Office, and has been lead counsel on several appellate matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Keyes is an active member of the copyright and trademark litigation bar and frequently teaches, speaks, and writes about intellectual property law.
