International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Jeremy Elman, a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, has been named one of Daily Journal’s Top 20 Cyber / Artificial Intelligence Attorneys for 2018. 

Over his 15-year career, Mr. Elman has represented many of the world’s largest technology companies and consumer brands, as well as technology start-ups, with respect to complex IP issues in both litigation and counseling.  Mr. Elman’s published profile highlights that he is at the cutting edge of the intersection of law and technology, advising companies and protecting them in court on data-heavy issues involving artificial intelligence and breaches of proprietary information. 

Mr. Elman has been named the “Most Effective Lawyer” in Intellectual Property (2015) by the Daily Business Review, among many other recognitions.  He is a member of both the California and Florida bars and has been active in pro bono and other community service.
