International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Stuart Goldfarb has joined the Corporate group in the Firm’s New York office as a Partner. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity/venture capital investments. In addition, he provides general corporate and corporate governance advice to both public and privately held entities. His focus has been on early stage companies, many in the renewable energy and software/technology industries. Stuart has also developed expertise in the representation of sports-related entities, including the new North American Soccer League and the New York Cosmos organization. Stuart joins Dorsey from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where he was Of Counsel.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
