Come on down and join your fellow Dorsey & Whitney Alumni for a fun and interactive Ethics CLE in quiz show format. Afterward, we invite you to reconnect with former Dorsey colleagues and friends while we sip the superb wine selections presented by Connie McEachern.

Your Host: Ken Jorgensen, Ethics Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP
Panelists: John Strait, Associate Professor of Law, Seattle University School of Law
Judge John Erlick, King County Superior Court
Contestants: Dorsey & Whitney Alumni and Friends

Use your ethics knowledge to predict the actual outcome of recent cases involving ethics and professional responsibility issues relating to litigation and corporate practice, as well as in-house counsel practice. The panel will give you the facts of real cases involving corporate privilege, in-house counsel malpractice coverage, unauthorized practice of law, directors suing as shareholders or in their capacity as directors, professional discipline of in-house counsel and more. Then, you will demonstrate your ethics expertise by predicting the verdict. Those with the most correct predictions will win some great prizes!
