Dorsey & Whitney and William Mitchell College of Law invite you to meet Professor Donald Langevoort at his lecture at William Mitchell.
Professor Donald Langevoort teaches Contracts, Corporations, and Securities Regulation at the Georgetown Law Center and is a former special counsel with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In his presentation, he will explore the current condition of the SEC and outline a new vision for the agency, one in which it expands beyond reactive enforcement into a “financial intelligence agency” that has the capacity to keep up with the changes that are rapidly occuring in the world of finance.
