Overview
Hannah-Kaye is an attorney in the firm’s finance and restructuring practice group.
Hannha-Kaye's practice focuses on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy and related state and federal court debtor and creditor rights litigation, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes representing debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and other parties in various bankruptcy matters.
In addition to her bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice, Hannah-Kaye also advises clients with respect to financing transactions of all types and sizes, including asset-based financing, commercial loans, and real estate loans.

- Representation of Akumin Inc. and its affiliates in connection with their $1.45 billion bankruptcy case filed in the Southern District of Texas resulting in a prepackaged bankruptcy approved within 38 days of the filing that implemented a substantial deleveraging of the debtors’ funded debt from $1.45 billion to $855 million.
- Representation of creditors in collections litigations, receivership actions, and foreclosures.
