International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Rhonda Skoby has joined the Public Finance Group in the Firm’s Minneapolis office.

Ms. Skoby’s practice focuses on public finance, economic development and redevelopment, and financing transactions. Ms. Skoby previously practiced at Kennedy & Graven, Chartered in Minneapolis. She also clerked for Judge Christopher Dietzen, Judge Wilhelmina Wright, and Judge Randolph Peterson at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She received her B.A. in English and Management from Hamline University and her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Ms. Skoby serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chapter of Women in Public Finance, the Alumni Board of Directors for the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and the Board of Directors of the Tempo program of the Minnesota Opera.
