Brad Stevens is the area representative for the Puget Sound area for the Cell Phone Repair® franchise system and has extensive experience with lead generation for franchise prospects. As the VP of Loyalty Programs at Nordstrom, he was the executive responsible for increasing sales and customer retention through specialized loyalty rewards and incentives strategies at one of the nation’s leading fashion retailers. Prior to his work at Nordstrom, Brad was Executive VP at Mud Bay.
