Dorsey received a 100% rating—a perfect score—on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index for the twelfth consecutive year. The index measures employer performance in ensuring fair and open workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees and consumers.
Dorsey is recognized as a “Leading Firm” by Chambers USA, an organization that surveys clients and peers. Chambers USA also recognized 54 Dorsey attorneys and 21 practices in its 2017 edition.
Dorsey was named a “Best Law Firm for Women” again in 2017 by the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and Flex-Time Lawyers, a division of Working Mother Media. This is the tenth time Dorsey has been recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women.”
Dorsey again received Gold Standard Certification from Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) in 2017. WILEF Certification is the only initiative directed toward certifying, publicly recognizing and broadly publicizing eligible law firms that have integrated women into the highest leadership positions in the firm.
Dorsey was once again recognized as a Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplace by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption in 2017. This is the second time Dorsey has been recognized as a top workplace for its adoption benefits.
