Dorsey received a 100% rating—a perfect score—on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index for the eleventh consecutive year. The index measures employer performance in ensuring fair and open workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees and consumers.
Dorsey is recognized as a “Leading Firm” by Chambers USA, an organization that surveys clients and peers. Chambers USA also recognized 52 Dorsey attorneys and 22 practices in its 2016 edition.
Dorsey was named a “Best Law Firm for Women” again in 2016 by the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and Flex-Time Lawyers, a division of Working Mother Media. This is the ninth time Dorsey has been recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women.”
Dorsey again received Gold Standard Certification from Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) in 2016. WILEF Certification is the only initiative directed toward certifying, publicly recognizing and broadly publicizing eligible law firms that have integrated women into the highest leadership positions in the firm.
Dorsey consistently ranks in the “BTI Client Service A-Team.” This ranking is based on interviews with corporate counsel across the U.S. and evaluates law firms’ relationships with their Fortune 1000 clients across a range of factors, including the depth of the firm’s relationship with key clients and the ability to develop “primary” relationships.
