Jia advises and represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.

Jia’s practice focuses on representing issuers, underwriters, and investors on public and private securities offering, including IPO, SPAC, following-on offering and PIPE. She also assists public and private companies in their corporate transactions, including merger and acquisitions.

Jia’s experience includes advising several China-based and U.S. domestic issuers going public in the U.S. In addition, Jia counsels U.S. and FPI public companies with respect to 34 Act periodic reporting obligations and corporate governance issues.
