Drawing on a deep command of California employment law, Ketul advises and represents employers in matters involving wage-and-hour compliance, Labor Code claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower allegations, breach of contract disputes, wrongful termination, independent-contractor classification, workplace investigations, discipline and grievance procedures, workplace violence, and other statutory and contractual obligations.
