Known for his strategic judgment and efficient dispute resolution, Ketul regularly resolves matters both inside and outside the courtroom and has successfully tried multiple jury cases to verdict.
Drawing on a deep command of California employment law, Ketul advises and represents employers in matters involving wage-and-hour compliance, Labor Code claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower allegations, breach of contract disputes, wrongful termination, independent-contractor classification, workplace investigations, discipline and grievance procedures, workplace violence, and other statutory and contractual obligations. His practice encompasses single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class-action matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.
Ketul has handled single plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and defamation cases as well as other statutory, contract, and tort-related claims. He has extensive experience in California and national wage-and-hour issues, representing employers in class actions, and representing employers before administrative agencies.
He regularly advises management on wage-and-hour issues, leave laws, workplace violence prevention, the disability accommodation process, and the discipline and termination processes. Ketul also regularly reviews and prepares handbooks and other employment-related documents, and he conducts large-scale audits to identify potential violations.
