Overview
Erik’s educational background relates primarily to genetics and molecular biology, but his patent practice encompasses much more. He provides high-quality patent work in a wide variety of fields, just a few examples of which include animal nutrition, biotechnology, machine tooling, ultrasound systems, artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical treatments, and medical devices. In addition to drafting new patent applications and prosecuting those applications to patent issuance, Erik actively engages clients to cultivate their inventive ideas in a manner that maximizes their likelihood of success and aligns with their business objectives.
Beyond patent drafting, prosecution, and invention development, Erik’s services include patent litigation support, due diligence, patent licensing, and patent clearance. He is grateful for the experience and relationships gained since he began practicing at Dorsey, and he looks forward to the opportunities to come.
