Marina is an associate in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment group. She has extensive experience litigating employment issues and has advised clients concerning wage and hour disputes, discrimination, breach of contract, non-compete claims, investigations by governmental agencies, and drafting employment handbooks and policies.
Marina also devotes her time to pro bono work with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project by assisting crime survivors with their U Visa petitions.
