Kim Neville has returned to Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Commercial Litigation group in Salt Lake City, the international law firm announced today.
Kim comes back to Dorsey from Franklin Covey Co., where she was the Vice-President of Legal, overseeing all global legal services for the last three years. Kim previously practiced with Dorsey for more than a decade, formerly serving on the Firm’s Policy Committee and as Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation practice. She received her J.D. from University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
Kim handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, settlement, trial, and appeal. Kim has a diverse litigation background, having represented clients in cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, breach of non-competition agreements, licensing disputes, benefits determinations, false advertising, product liability matters, and class action allegations. She now adds her more recent work as lead legal counsel for a publicly-traded enterprise to compliment her client-focused approach to legal matters.
“Kim is highly regarded as an experienced litigator with a pragmatic approach for solving client problems,” said Jaime Stilson, Commercial Litigation Practice Group Co-Leader for Dorsey. “We are thrilled to welcome her back to the team.”
“I’m excited to return to Dorsey and to work again with this distinguished team to provide our clients with outstanding legal counsel and service,” said Kim Neville.
