Partner Alessandra Glorioso of Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s Delaware office earns recognition on the 2025 Delaware Rising Stars® list, published by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters.
Alessandra represents debtors, significant creditors, asset acquirers, and contract counterparties in chapter 11 and chapter 7 proceedings, as well as in bankruptcy litigation. She also advises companies and creditors on out-of-court workouts and restructuring efforts. Alessandra serves as Co-Chair of Dorsey’s Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Her litigation work extends to Delaware corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. She regularly appears before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the Delaware Superior Court.
