Sarah’s practice includes the clearance, enforcement and exploitation of brand names, complex licensing matters including trademark, copyright, software and character licensing, litigation support for intellectual property and entertainment-related claims and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Sarah is also involved in the intellectual property and commercial aspects of various corporate transactions and also assists a variety of start-up companies in creative fields.
Sarah advises domestic and international clients in such diverse areas as fashion, music, luxury goods, personal care products, toys, new media, computer games software, alcoholic beverages and hotel services.
