Overview
Peter has extensive experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and equity investments, with a focus on transactions involving Chinese and U.S. companies across a variety of industries. He works closely with investors and businesses to structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals.
In addition, Peter serves as outside general counsel to many emerging companies and startups, advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment, and regulatory compliance.
Peter also represents Chinese creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, where he assists clients in protecting their rights and maximizing recoveries.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Peter practiced in the New York office of a leading international law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in transactions spanning a wide range of industries.
