JASON HELPS BOTH START-UP AND EMERGING GROWTH COMPANIES AS WELL AS MATURE COMPANIES ACHIEVE KEY BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND UNLOCK SHAREHOLDER VALUE THROUGH ASSISTING THEM IN VARIOUS STAGES OF FINANCINGS AND CAPITAL RAISING TRANSACTIONS AND MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS.

Jason has been assisting start-up and emerging growth companies, as well as mature companies, both public and private, in all aspects of their business and life cycle for over 12 years. He assists his clients in all aspects of financings, both public and private, and serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients where he advises them on corporate governance, SEC compliance and disclosure and other legal matters. He also regularly assists his clients with mergers and acquisitions, where he helps his clients structure, finance and negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of both private and publically held companies.

Over the course of his career, Jason has acquired significant experience representing companies, as well as investors, in the health and life sciences, software and technology, internet retailing and consumer product industries.
