Jonathan helps clients navigate complex financing transactions with strategic and practical guidance.
Jonathan focuses on a wide variety of secured financing transactions representing both bank and non-bank lenders in a variety of cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, including lender finance, acquisition finance, and other specialty finance transactions.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Jonathan served as a finance attorney at several international law firms, where he concentrated his practice in cash flow and asset-based lending and other syndicated and non-syndicated finance transactions.

- Represented a national bank as agent in an approximately US$125 million secured revolver and term loan facility to a truck equipment and accessories manufacturer. *
- Represented a national bank as agent in an approximately US$250 million secured ABL credit facility and floorplan line to a regional car dealership business. *
- Represented a national bank as agent in an approximately US$2 billion ABL credit facility to a borrower in the technology equipment distribution industry. *
- Represented a national bank as agent in the workout of a US$250 million revolver and term loan facility to a borrower in the healthcare services industry. *
- Represented a national bank as agent in an approximately US$200 million ABL revolving credit facility to a fast-growing non-bank lender. *
