Overview
Wayne focuses on capital markets and corporate legal matters, with over ten years of private-practice experience and two years of in-house experience in Japan.
Wayne specializes in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and listed-company compliance. He has advised issuers and underwriters on numerous Main Board and GEM initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and has also advised on secondary fund-raisings such as rights issues, placings, and debt offerings. In addition, he has handled public-company takeovers, privatizations, and resumption-of-trading applications, and serves as annual legal counsel to more than 20 Hong Kong-listed companies.

- Advised a television manufacturing company on its HK$2.3 billion placing of shares to a strategic investor on the Main Board. *
- Advised an education company on its HK$239 million top-up placing of shares on the Main Board. *
- Advised an aluminum-products manufacturing company on its US$200 million bond issue on the Main Board and US$300 million listed convertible-bond issue on the Singapore Stock Exchange. *
