Nicole’s success as defense counsel has garnered her an established and credible reputation across business practices including several notable awards.

Most recently, Nicole served as the Vice President and General Counsel for a publicly traded company operating in 9 states with $1.2 Billion in annual revenue. She oversaw the development and execution of legal, corporate compliance and governance, safety and risk management programs.  She was a trusted advisor for the company and member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Through her in-house experience Nicole has skillfully overseen all legal aspects of a business including regulatory compliance, labor and employment, business transactions, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and contracts. Nicole is a dedicated leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in identifying methods to remove legal barriers and maximize revenue.
