Overview
Jesse helps individuals and fiduciaries plan for the future, whether in an individual estate plan or complex business succession. Jesse works with his clients from the first plans for their legacy to the administration of complex trust and estate issues.
Jesse is a senior attorney in the Tax, Trusts and Estates group. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and estate and trust litigation. Jesse will work with you to design and implement a comprehensive estate plan to meet your unique family and personal situation and achieve your goals. After a death, Jesse will walk alongside your family through the probate process, post-death tax planning, and filing required accountings and tax returns. If any controversies arise, Jesse will work with you and your fiduciaries to resolve them.
