Nathan provides patent application preparation and prosecution services, including prosecution strategy counseling at both the individual application level and the portfolio level.
In addition to his direct practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Nathan works with professionals located outside the United States to manage foreign preparation and prosecution matters.
Nathan has extensive prosecution experience in cellular wireless communications technologies (5G, LTE, etc.). He also regularly performs prosecution work with respect to software systems more generally. His experience further extends into the electric vehicle, electronic peripheral, and video game network service domains.
