Overview
Nathan provides patent application preparation and prosecution services, including prosecution strategy counseling at both the individual application level and the portfolio level.
In addition to his direct practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Nathan works with professionals located outside the United States to manage foreign preparation and prosecution matters.
Nathan has extensive prosecution experience in cellular wireless communications technologies (LTE, 5G, 6G). His experience extends into the electric vehicle, electronic peripheral, industrial equipment, network service, and software service domains.
Nathan enjoys visiting his local national parks, tinkering with anything electronic, and following Major League Soccer. He is also a fairly competent amateur musician (piano and cello).
