Overview

Aaron advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions with significant experience in the hospitality sector.

Aaron represents investors and developers in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on joint ventures, preferred equity investments, acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. He advises developers, private equity sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors on sophisticated deals, guiding transactions from initial structuring through closing.

Aaron has significant experience in the hospitality sector, including the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of hotel assets. He regularly counsels clients on hotel management and franchise agreements and other hospitality-specific considerations, bringing a practical, commercially focused approach to each transaction.

With broad transactional experience and deep industry specific knowledge, Aaron provides strategic, solutions-oriented advice tailored to his client’s objectives.
