Kady Reese



Kady advises public and privately held companies in complex US and cross-border corporate and securities purchase transactions including all forms of acquisitions, mergers, and other business combinations.

Kady’s practice also includes working with private investment fund managers and investors in the formation and operation of alternative investment funds, including hedge, venture capital, private equity, debt and real estate funds.

She assists clients with a variety of corporate law matters including entity formation and structuring, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, private fund offerings, capitalization, and other corporate governance matters.

Kady is also an expert in Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control liquor licensing matters including transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
