David guides businesses through complex commercial disputes.

David represents businesses in complex commercial disputes in courts and arbitral forums nationwide. His practice focuses on contract disputes, construction and real estate litigation, and other high-stakes business disputes.

David regularly represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction disputes, including matters involving public-private partnership (P3) projects and data center projects. He also defends clients in antitrust and class action litigation.

Clients value David’s strategic judgment, practical approach, and focus on achieving business objectives efficiently and effectively. He works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with their priorities and goals.
