Overview

Chuck represents clients in complex construction, commercial, and real estate litigation, providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.

Chuck navigates his clients through every phase of litigation—from early case strategy and dispositive motion practice through mediation, trial, and appeal—with a focus on efficient, practical solutions that advance their business objectives.

Chuck has experience handling high-value disputes involving construction contracts, commercial agreements, class actions, and real estate matters. He works closely with clients to evaluate litigation risk, develop tailored strategies, and pursue favorable outcomes through negotiation and advocacy.

Before joining Dorsey, Chuck served as a law clerk to the Minnesota Supreme Court. That experience gives him a distinctive appellate perspective, allowing him to craft persuasive legal arguments and preserve critical issues throughout litigation. Whether defending claims, enforcing contractual rights, or preparing appeals, Chuck combines careful legal analysis with practical business judgment to help clients resolve complex disputes effectively and efficiently.
