Brian has been a U.S. immigration law paralegal since 2005. He has worked closely with businesses of all sizes to understand their objectives for each employee, identify legal issues, craft high-quality submissions, and set appropriate expectations for both employers and their international workforce.

Brian has extensive background in a wide range of filing types, including: H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, O-1, PERM, B-1/B-2, Nonimmigrant Visa applications, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-130, EAD/AP, Adjustment of Status, Request for Evidence responses, Notice of Intent to Deny responses, and Appeals/Motions to Reopen.

Brian also has extensive knowledge of the Department of Labor’s occupational classification system and its impact on strategy for cases involving Department of Labor compliance for cases involving employment of foreign nationals, such as H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, and PERM/I-140 filings.
