Sumner is passionate about providing practical and actionable advice so clients can feel confident about their business decisions. Sumner uses his background in government and his knowledge of information privacy laws to support healthcare clients navigating a highly regulated industry. Sumner holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional Certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Before joining the firm, Sumner worked in the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General and interned with the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin.
