Patrick Peng

Patrick is an attorney in Dorsey’s New York office. His practice focuses on advising emerging growth and middle-market companies and fund managers in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, fund formation, venture capital financings, commercial agreements, and other general corporate matters.

Patrick leverages his bilingual language skills and understanding of different cultures to provide domestic and international clients with workable legal counsel on acquisition and divestiture strategies, deal structuring, post-closing integration, and other related regulatory issues including CFIUS. 

Before joining Dorsey, Patrick worked at a boutique transactional law firm in Los Angeles, where he advised private companies and startups in technology, entertainment and media, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services industries. Patrick also had extensive corporate experience in VC, fund formation and PRC-related capital market matters in mainland China.
