Lisa counsels clients from a wide range of business sectors, including consumer goods, fitness, education, food & agriculture, and professional services. Her legal expertise is just as broad. Her practice spans domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution and portfolio development, enhancement and management, advertising and marketing counseling, trademark licensing, endorsement and sponsorship arrangements, intellectual property asset acquisitions and diligence, Internet and domain name issues, and infringement matters.
Lisa is known among clients for her strategic vision and creativity in resolving their legal issues. She is known within Dorsey as an innovative problem solver, and is a leader within the firm in using data and technology to maximize efficiency and meet her clients’ budgetary goals.
