Overview

TONI ASSISTS EMPLOYERS AND INDIVIDUALS IN OBTAINING TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT IMMIGRATION STATUS, WORKING WITH CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND WORLDWIDE.

Toni has experience working with very large Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller employers in a variety of industries. Her work includes advising on H-1B and other temporary work visas as well as green card processing.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Toni spent a year at a boutique immigration law firm in Minneapolis, and prior to that, while in law school, she clerked at 2 other boutique immigration firms. She has experience with non-immigrant work visas (including E-2, H-1B, L-1) and employment-based immigrant petition processing (including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), and PERM labor certifications.

Toni also has experience and supports clients in individual and family-based immigration matters related to adjustment of status, immigrant visa processing, and naturalization.
