Overview
Peggah advises employers of all sizes regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.
Having grown up in a family of small business owners, she has a strong grasp of the practical challenges and risks employers face. She enjoys tailoring legal strategies to her clients’ unique needs and leverages her litigation experience in both state and federal court to resolve disputes before they reach a courtroom.
While primarily focused on employment matters, Peggah also has experience providing risk management advice to major healthcare organizations and defending against malpractice lawsuits.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Peggah worked for a mid-sized Minneapolis-based firm, as well as in journalism in New York. Her pro-bono work includes assisting clients with affirmative asylum applications and serving as a grant review panelist for the Minnesota State Arts Board.
