
Overview
Allison has handled litigation in state and federal courts and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitration hearings involving complex construction and government contract disputes. Allison has handled a wide range of disputes, including contractor delay and impact claims, claims involving the False Claims Act, and claims involving the complexities of the Small Business Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation. In addition, Allison advises contractors on bidding, contract negotiation and formation as well as general compliance issues.
Representative projects with which Allison has been involved include the Waste Treatment Plant, disputes arising from environmental remediation contracts at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, the Lower Granite Lock and Dam Project, the I-405 NE 6th to I-5 Widening and Express Toll Lanes Design-Build Project, the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and the State Route 99 Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Project.
