His practice extends to Stark law, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, hospital and nursing home accreditation, employment agreements, bundled payments, practice acquisitions, medical staff bylaws, pharmacy laws, and HIPAA, among other topics. He represents large and small hospitals, pharmacies, nursing homes, and physician groups.
During law school, Aaron worked at two different regional health systems, both of which spanned multiple states and encompassed rural hospitals, suburban clinics, academic medical centers, and nursing specialties.
