Overview
Olivia uses her strong attention to detail to assist clients in solving land use and environmental issues, including those involving litigation.
Olivia supports clients through all stages of natural resource project development. She takes a thoughtful approach in assisting clients navigating regulatory requirements for mining, renewable energy, and other projects occurring on public and private lands and in Indian Country.
During her clerkship, Olivia gained experience with a wide variety of litigation, including property matters, business disputes, and state and federal constitutional issues. Her clerkship background allows her to support clients on a wide variety of litigated matters, including at the appellate level.
