BOB REPRESENTS CLIENTS IN A WIDE VARIETY OF COMPLEX COMMERCIAL DISPUTES, RANGING FROM ANTITRUST LITIGATION TO PRODUCT DEFECT AND CONSUMER FRAUD CLASS ACTIONS.

Having practiced as a resident of Dorsey’s New York office since his graduation from law school in 1987, Bob has a wealth of experience representing businesses and individuals in litigation involving a broad range of substantive areas of law, including commercial and contract law, antitrust law, franchise and distribution law, employment law, product liability and consumer protection law, corporate governance law and trademark law.

Bob has served as lead counsel and/or as part of Dorsey litigation teams that have successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States at both trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings.

  • Lumleian, LLC v. Hochstetler et al. (Massachusetts Superior Court, Suffolk County, 2013) (successfully represented individual in dispute involving allegations of breach of employment agreement and theft of trade secrets)
