Andrea works with clients to help them navigate employment matters and find innovative ways to achieve their goals.

Andrea is an associate in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment practice group. Whether she is providing employment advice to clients, assisting them with transactions, or litigating on their behalf, she dedicates herself to understanding each individual client and their specific needs.

Through her pro bono work, Andrea assists members of marginalized communities and survivors of gender-based violence. Before coming to Dorsey, she worked for a non-profit victim services agency. She provided counseling, crisis-intervention services, and systems advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, domestic abuse, and human trafficking.
