Overview

ROBERT HELPS CLIENTS NAVIGATE THE COMPLEX STAGES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS AND STATE COURT LIQUIDATION PROCEEDINGS. HIS LITIGATION BACKGROUND ADDS TO HIS ABILITY TO PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF SERVICE AND ADVICE TO CLIENTS, INCLUDING AS DELAWARE COUNSEL IN DELAWARE SPECIFIC LITIGATION MATTERS.
Robert regularly represents clients throughout many stages of pre-bankruptcy planning, the Chapter 11 reorganization or liquidation process and the Chapter 7 liquidation process. Robert’s clients include significant creditors, official committees and lenders in bankruptcies. He also assists buyers of a variety of distressed assets inside bankruptcy, including operating companies, intellectual property, and fixed assets. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants adversary proceedings brought under chapter 5 of the bankruptcy code. In addition to Robert’s bankruptcy practice, he represents clients as Delaware counsel in Delaware litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation in the Delaware Federal Court and commercial and corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court. Robert has also been counsel in appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
