Scott helps clients achieve their goals in an array of complex litigation issues.
An associate in Dorsey’s Securities and Financial Services Litigation Group, Scott has experience advising and assisting clients in navigating all stages of litigation, from pleadings, discovery, and motion practice through trial.
Scott also assists clients with the preparation and submission of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notifications, and has represented clients in related government investigations.
Before joining Dorsey, Scott served as a legal extern at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division and as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.
