An immigration paralegal since 2007, Jennifer has extensive experience in providing employment-based immigration support for clients across a wide variety of industries, from Fortune 100 employers to those with less than 10 employees. She also provides advanced support for physician immigration matters, with a focus on J-1 waiver issues, H-1B petitions and the permanent residence process.
Jennifer has experience in preparing a wide range of petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, Immigrant Visa Petitions (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3) Adjustment of Status, EAD/AP, and Responses to Requests For Evidence. She also assists clients in preparing for nonimmigrant visa interviews and in liaising with USCBP to correct admission records. Additionally, Jennifer has provided support to clients with Global Immigration matters, such as obtaining visas and work permits in countries including Canada, China, Brazil and Mexico.
