Cort represents financial institutions, private equity funds, and commercial borrowers in a variety of debt and equity transactions.
Prior to law school, Cort worked for a Big 4 accounting firm providing tax and assurance services for large multinational corporations. Cort is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
